New fact about me: I love special effects make up. Along with the many things I want to pursue in my life I would love to be a make up artist. Another fact: I am no where near the standard to the make up artists that I see doing stuff like this, far from it, but back when they first started out they weren't amazing either.
From learning how to get the perfect cat eye - which I still don't have, and learning how to do a fake, bloody burn on my face - which isn't amazing at all, I really find make up and special effects make up something really fascinating to work with.
Since about October/November last year I have been debating whether or not I wanted to bring something like this into aspoonfulofhope, because I didn't know whether people would personally like it, but since venturing out into this part of YouTube many people love this kind of stuff, so I just bit the bullet and did what I wanted to do. Of course I will still do my normal beauty & fashion videos / hauls / tags, and all that type of thing, but I want my channel to be more me, and not the typical cliche fashion and beauty channel. The fact is, this is apart of my life, apart of me, and I'd like to share it with you.
