Beauty Haul

Long time, no see! I hope you are all okay, and I am back with a new post for you today. Just a quick note for you, my blogging schedule is a little off track right now due to studying for my exams starting in May, but I will try to at least do one blog post per week. I finish school on June 27th *screams with excitement*, so then I can blog, and vlog to my hearts consent.
Today I popped out to town with my good friend, Sammy and we just had a little browse around the shops and I picked up a few needed bits. As you can see these are mainly beauty products. I popped into Boots to pick up a few make up products and saw that they had a 3 for 2 deal on. I love the 3 for 2 deal, as you can save money and get some really fab products.
As I ran out of nearly everything in the way of face make up, and I literally mean everything, the 3 for 2 deal was right up my street. First I picked up the new Revlon Nearly Naked foundation in the shade Nude. I have heard some great reviews on this foundation, so I thought I would give it ago. At first I contemplated whether or not this foundation would be too thin, but after I swatched it I actually saw how good quality this product seems to be. The only downside to this product is that there is no pump, and if you are anything like me who cannot control the amount of liquid you want to come out, you have a slight problem, but overall I am very excited to try this out.
I also picked up my beloved Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection concealer. If you haven't heard of this product 1. Where have you been? and 2. Why haven't you tried it yet? Now, I'm not going to go into too much information of this concealer because we all now how bloody amazing it is. I also picked up one of the new Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm. Revlon have released these new chubby sticks, which have been around for months now, and they have released matte and lacquer versions of the chubby stick. The colour I picked up is in Elusive, which is a gorgeous pinky colour. Perfect for the spring/summer months, but I really do need to stop buying pink lipsticks. Obsession.
The last thing I picked up from Boots is the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush body wash. I first tried this body wash when I received a Soap & Glory gift set for my birthday in January, and honestly, it was love at first sight, well, smell. The thing I love most about the S&G body washes is how long they last. Each 500ml bottle lasts me around a good 3-4 months which is amazing because I go through body wash like it's water. Spending £6.50 on a body wash used to be bazaar for me, but after realising how long they last, I'm forever hooked.
I then went to Superdrug to pick up one of my favourite dry shampoo's which is the Batiste Blush, but they did not have it in the 400ml bottle, and I really didn't want to spend an extra £2.00 to get it in boots. So, I looked at the V05 Refresh Me Quick dry shampoo. I love V05 and their products, so I thought I would try this little thing, even though it was hard not to buy the Batiste. The V05 dry shampoo has white tea extract to revive dull, lifeless hair. That sounds good enough to me. The scent of this product is just, oh my. It is gorgeous. I much prefer it to the Batiste as this has a fruity scent to it.
Lastly I went to The Body Shop, aka heaven on earth, to pick up the new scented body butter in Blueberry. I love blueberries, I love to eat them, I like to look at them, they are just divine. So when I saw the TBS had released a blueberry scented body butter I was in. Now, this product really does smell of blueberries, which is just amazing, this scent is perfect for the spring/summer as it is very refreshing and light. It is not too overpowering, but it's not like you can't smell it either. A round of a applause to The Body Shop.
I hope you enjoyed this little-ish post, and please leave a comment down below to tell me what you would like to see next.

I loved his blog post- the Body Shop body butter seems delicious (not that I would eat it!). Great post!
